It's wild animal day on ATOT! What's your favorite wild animal?

I like the owls around here. Some nights I'll step out and one will hoot right above me in the tall trees. The hair on my neck goes up just before it puts a big grin on my face.

i generally hate birds, but theres a blue heron that lives near here that is pretty awesome.

I saw a golden eagle today. The eagle was trying to carry off a rabbit while a mob of ravens were mobbing it.

Squirrels! They're so cute and fluffy, and so full of energy. Fun to play with when you tame them and get them to know you. They're basically like kittens, but even more energetic. The chipmunks are fun too.

Bobcats, but only because they can be domesticated and are legal in some states (as long as you pay a permit).

The zoo is a lot of fun, but the one animal that filled me with awe was the Siberian Tiger. The animal was huge and filled with immense energy and you sensed that it had enormous potential to kill.
