Its weird that after like 30 years they suddenly decide its sexist.

The Olympic and sport governing bodies are out of control. Is it always like this or is it especially bad this year?

Why exactly should women be forced to wear bikinis in sports? Are there any sports that require the same for men? Women's beach volleyball requires bikinis, but men play in shorts. I am sure the shorts a much more comfortable for running around in than bikinis.

Maybe it is time we stop thinking the only reason anyone watching women's sports to is jerk off.
 
Uniform makes sense when it can have advantages and disadvantages... Such as in swimming for example.

Generally though, it's stupid to police that.

Its like an admission from the governing body that this isn't really a sport it's just a weird way to perve at young women.
I mean I guess that's OK, it's just a strange position for the governing body of a sport to take!
 
I mean come on. Everyone knows why they are required to wear bikinis and it’s not for any integrity of the sport.

I’m certain it helps the sport be popular but we all know it’s sexual exploitation.

I have no problem with the women wearing shorts if the guys are allowed.

Norway - Our players view the policy limiting uniforms to be absurd and perhaps you should look at Volleyball's policies as a model....
Handball association - Please see section 50078 or policy and procedure manual for petition procedures to challenge sub section of...
Other countries - F' that. It's hot. Sticking to Bikini
Men's team - Can we change our uniform?
Everyone else - SHUT YOUR WHORE MOUTH!!!
 
Have you considered the possibility they always thought it was sexist, but felt it was futile to do anything about it until now?

IDK, Lycra shorts are sexy as well; I mean no difference to me.
And, honestly, I like the competition. It's a fun sport to watch, mens or womens.
