Wow!

You would think the force of the water against the boat would do a wee bit more damage than that. Must've been a Boston Whaler. :)

I'll tugboats should be able to do that... then you could eliminate the need for draw bridges... Or better yet, tugboats should be able to fly!

that's pretty amazing although if you've ever scene a tug up clode you know that they can seal up pretty tight.
