I heard it this morning on a top hits type station. So, it's probably a 2000+ year song. It's somewhat of an alternative/rock type song. Starts kinda mellow and builds up on itself a lot....

Lyrics are something like, it's you and me... up here and free... together forever... Something like that. And the guy singing really empathizes(Makes louder, I guess) the YOU AND ME part... I might have the lyrics totally fucked up but I remember how it went. Sad. :|
