Its time for my monthly long run

The mornings here are dang cold now, so I have to dress pretty warm. After the first few miles, you warm up, and wonder why you wore so much clothing. Oh well, better to be slightly warm than freezing cold.

There is less than a month remaining before my attempt at a full marathon on 4 Feb.

Oi, 2hr 40min to complete this run. It was painful, very painful. I think the only level ares were the starting area and the midpoint. I definitely felt the two week vacation doing this though. Only 12mi were logged the entire two week vacation, and it shows here.

The number 1 finisher was a 17 year old kid who ran it in a 1hr 34min.
