I got this hot deal from buy.com on a 17 inch Samsung monitor (Model# 750S). But the screen dances at high resolution, and at low resolution the darn thing hurts my eyes. So, I put in a return request as a defective product as I don't think the screen should be dancing like that (noticable) and at 32bit colors is very dull. I'd like some input or suggestions or returning this crappy hot deal.
Danke.

Buy.com's policy and procedure is incredibly straightforward and simple, what exactly is perplexing?

I returned a product last week and they even printed the return UPS label online.

Gotta agree. Buy.com has the best return policy of anyone I've ever dealt with. Loved the free return shipping, including the UPS label you print at home. Received credit within 10 days.
