Yep I'd be pissed off about it. It's the principle of the matter. You paid for Priority Mail so he should have sent it via Priority Mail.

Lol it looks like almost nobody read the thread before posting.

looks like they didn't read the OP either... or somehow don't understand parcel post != priority mail. I still can't believe someone on the 3rd page still didn't understand... wow.

Oh... and I agree with Nick. If you pay for Premium 93 octane gas and the station intentionally gives you Regular 87 octane instead, wouldn't you want your money back?

I realize I'm comparing a good (gasoline) to a service (shipping), but what the ebay seller is doing is still called fraud.

I'm amazed by the fscking idiots in this thread.

THE OP PAID $5 FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING. HIS ITEM WAS SHIPPED PARCEL.

GET IT???

This has ****** to do with boxes, peanuts, or any other thing you'd classify under handling. THE ITEM WAS NOT SHIPPED AS PROMISED.

Dumb monkeys.

Yeah, really he should be asking for $5 back and not $1.20
