It has only snowed practically every day since Halloween here in Cleveland.

back when i went to school, unless it was snowing in the morning (around 4-5am) when the principals/etc made the decision, we always had school, even with 6-8+ inches of snow. we could have a foot of snow overnight, but if it wasn't still snowing in the morning, sorry, clean off your car and get to class.
we never had delays, just no school or school, and typically, it was the latter.
I've seen them cancel it for 1 inch or less. Once they decided to close when the news said snow was coming. It didn't do anything that day.
Looking outside right now the road is lightly covered. Easily a 2 hour delay tomorrow, and if its not gone by 8 am I bet they close. They close the schools pretty fast (NC), for hardly anything. Just checked the local news and a few schools are already on a 2 hour delay, and day cares are delayed...
