It's summer time for your pc !!!

Man...my room is pretty darn hot/warm right now (90 F in so cal ). Damn, my computer is taking a beating, my sempy 3100+ OC @ 2.069 ghz...(stock HSF) is @ 46 C . And that's on idle lol. I need to get a better (stronger) 80 mm exhaust fan 😱 purty soon.

grrrrr :|

Is your pc taking a beating from the summer heat 🙂 ?

Meh! 40~65C on a P4 2.8 w/Zalman 7000Cu.

The evening breeze is coming up the San Gabriel River and life is good.
(near 605&405)

Go down to Belmont Shores, have an iced coffee and 00gle till your eyeballs are sore 😀
Or take your G/F for a walk on the beack at Surfside. Join the tribe on the
Huntington Beach pier.

You know, during the winter, I have the heat on, and the AC during the summer. It's pretty much 68 to 71 degrees in my home all year around.

brooklyn, NYC.
cpu: idle 42C Load 48C
mb: idle 32C Load 35C
gpu: idle 55C Load 75C

room temp: 28C
not bad? i have my window wide open, door open, little airflow in the room.

Summer time? It hasn't even hit 100 degree here. I'm looking forward to seeing the temps of the crack rack in the garage in the middle of August. That will be strangely entertaining.

OP, I commuted everyday for over 5 years on a Suzuki or BMW M/C, up& down the L.B. Freeway.
Coming south in the late day, as soon as the 91 was crossed, temps generally dropped 15F during the summer.
No kidding!!

really ? dayumn lol 🙂

My ambient is 27C. At present, my CPU is 37C, my mobo is 32C. Since I have 3 AMD rigs, my max load is 44C when rendering on 2.
My laptop is Intel and temp runs at 37C/43C. Normally 10F higher without cooling pad.
My old WIN 2000 graphic workstation, the P4 ran at 55C, but I thought that was normal.

http://www.gen-x-pc.com/cputemps.htm gives a little insight into CPU temps.

Same temps I've been getting in the winter, only difference is my room is a roasting 75*F despite the rest of the house being at 70..

Exactly the same temps here in California.

Ambient is 28C

Not HOT, I just bought a AC for my place last month, no more roasting for me in the summers, LOL

Hey my SLI box deserves AC, LOL. 😉

ALOHA

37/38C idle...not bad for an Opty 170 at 2.6GHz 😛

(Of course, I do have an SI-120 which helps quite a bit I imagine...oh, and air conditioning 😛)
