There is no way to enjoy a cold shower. How many of you do that?

There is warm and hot but no cold. The water coming out of the left pipe is 102 degrees! It feels funny brushing teeth. I've never remembered it being this bad. In 1995 we had a heatwave that made the water warm but this is ridiculous.
