It's so dry in So Cal..

18% humidity here just before midnight, and we're less than 5 miles from the ocean.

My nose has bled twice in the past few days..matching the amount of times it's bled in the past..6 months+.

For a comparison, San Francisco is at 74% humidity at this hour..

That's what you get for living in a part of the world where life is pretty easy. It's that humid here every day, and often it's worse.

its 66% humidity here in Indiana, but inside our rooms are dry as fvck because of the stupid heater messes my skin all up.

Bay Area is still dry. SF just gets fog in the evening and morning, so its more moist, but San Jose? Oakland? Usually not that great. Pretty dry. IT's just cuz it actualyl rains here int he winter. If we're talking spring, summer, autumn, we're just as dry as socal.

Orange isnt too much better. Hey, remember the san diego fires a couple years ago. It looked like a meteor hit the earth. Red sky all over. Very strange.

You = need to drink more water.

Humidity levels don't mean much unless the temperatures are similar. Humidity here in northern CA is 69%, but that's cause it's 43 degrees.

Drink more water and buy an evaporative humidifier for your bedroom and living room.

Buy a saline nose spray for days you are outside quite a bit.

I drank a lot of water right before I went to sleep last night.

Then I woke up in the middle of the night with more blood coming out of my nose along with a strong need to pee.
