Snowed in (for now). GF's gone out of town to visit friends. I'm cozy, sitting with my 30 lb cat, Moe, drinking a Gin Buck, and watching TopGear. Getting together with Lauren tonight for drinks.

What're you up to?

Gin Buck
Fill chilled rocks glass with ice cubes
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Drop in a slice of lemon
Add 1.5 oz of gin (Bombay Sapphire)
Fill with ginger ale (Schweppes)
Stir gently

I always laugh when I see cops pulling people over when it's about 10 degrees out and windy. If I was a cop in that weather no one would be getting pulled over. My ass would stay in the heated cruiser.

I always laugh when I see cops pulling people over when it's about 10 degrees out and windy. If I was a cop in that weather no one would be getting pulled over. My ass would stay in the heated cruiser.

It's not so bad. The only things that really get cold are my face & hands, thanks to the Under Armor Cold Gear I wear under my uniform. [/Cheap plug]
 
Finishing up my fruit fly infestation problem. I got rid of the source. Now just gonna vacuum floors, search for food crumbs, etc... see here.

me too...i was watching drew carey's stand up and he was talking about how he was driving one night, and it was pouring down rain...he came to a stop sign and saw a cop sitting there, so he blew throught the stop sign...of course, the cop pulls him over and asks him "Do you know why i pulled you over?" He responds, "Yeah, do you know why i ran the stop sign?" 😀

o yeah...the thread topic...i'm about to try to figure out how to get wireless web access to my new pda, then i'm going to wash and clean the inside of my car, then i have to go work on a computer...

Waiting for my brother to get in and then probably heading over to a friend's house for some grilling (maybe Beer can chicken tonight), some drinking, and maybe a board game.
 
work till 5. then just kick back and have a few drinks with my friends at my place. still have quite a bit of liquor left over from new years that we gotta finish off.
 
Mmm, have to shower, get some homework and practice problems done for classes for the coming week, do laundry, make some phone calls (sister, dad, mom), go running and lift weights, maybe go out tonight. Tomorrow's reading/writing, maybe some thank yous.
