Ok here is the deal I am so pissed off right now.

I ordered two sticks of 3200 dual pair ddr ram from them KINGMAX.

I get the ram and it does not work so I send it back. I get a email stating they dont have the serial number of the memory and cant RMA. Im like WTF I SENT EVERYTHING BACK!!!

So monday I will be canceling all of our orders with newegg and moving to another vendor.


GOD:| DAMMIT IM PISSED




UPDATE THEY ARE GOING TO VALIDATE THE RMA!!! WHOOT!! Way to go Newegg Managers because they were getting ready to loose a big customer.

newegg has been slowly deteriorating in quality :(

ZipZoomFly is slowly taking over the business newegg used to get from me

Lower prices and free 2nd day shipping :)

not sure about RMA, since everything I've bought from them so far has worked flawlessly

Isn't the serial # on your receipt?

It has been on anything I have bought from any vendor.

I even RMA'd my 2 year old Epox board without my original receipt.

Problem #1: You said Fsck on the phone.
Problem #2: You said sh*& on the phone.

Seriously, the Newegg people are the most reasonable bunch I've had to deal with. Problem is that occasionally they let the mexican with only rudimentary english answer the phone, and as such you can't reason with them.

Good luck getting your RAM refunded man.

Have you been mean or angry while talking to Newegg? If you have been, you're less likely to get what you want.

Here's another suggesting: next time, buy name brand RAM. It isn't too much more and it is worth it in the end.
