I was in three leagues... Two of which I actively moved players around and did research, the third was a crapshoot which I mainly left alone.

The two I tinkered with, ended up in 4th.

The one I left alone, ended up in 1st.

Its official, I suck at Fantasy Football.

A lot of FF is in the initial draft. the rest is luck w/ injuries and getting some occasional players that breakout. but most of that is being in good waiver position when someone blows up. its rare to do hvae research consistently pay off in terms of predicting when someone will be really good

i don't know, i made some huge pickups in FA, ryan grant, justin fargas to name just two, that were huge for me. i did well with Kurt Warner as a FA pickup also.

That happened to me last year. This year I had two teams once again and both had midseason blowups. I went from 4-1 to ending at like 6-6 on one and I forget the other.

So do I...which is why I don't bother anymore.

It's lame as hell and it really makes me not enjoy watching football. I guess if I had a great bunch of picks and was winning I'd be like 'OMFG!!! I love teh fantasy football!!!' but that shit ain't reality.

I'm happily back to liking teams because I live there...or used to live there.
