You jsut unlock the cpu by conecting the l1 bridges with a graphite pencil. Then you do everything in the bios(or on the jumpers for A7v)

Go to overclockers.com, I think you will find what you need there. I understand the rear window defogger repair kit is the best way to bridge the pins. hoping to try it out soon.
