God this is really pissing me off, I've tried changing out the capacitors, I've tried draining all of the power to it, I've tried returning it but I failed to get it working. Sometimes the screen comes on but then it shuts off and I've got no idea why. One time when the screen came on, a picture was being displayed that looks like the picture of a dog. 😕 I posted this on the Headfi.org and I've yet to get any replies so I hope that I could get some help on anandtech. I'm not sure if I need an adapter for 120V opposed to 220 since I did get it from the philippines. T
he company manufacturer is LG Electronics, Model number is: LGR-6872B
I tried changing out the flash memory on the device but it just simply wont work, maybe the ROM is fried? Possibly needs to be reprogrammmed? Argh, Any ideas?

When we don't know what you're talking about, how can we help. Searching for the model number you posted (LGR-6872B) turned up nothing for me.

No matter the quality of the content, people will generally rate it with regards to their impression of the OP.

i.e. they'll think the post is great if they respect the OP. That doesn't seem to be the case, though.
