Im looking for types of liquor and lemon juice etc. Brand suggestions will be appreciated. This is going to be bought over the next few months to fully stock it so im willing to go up to ~$600. I just need some starter liquors. Also I would like some cheep sh!t for when we start getting messed up. Start with the good and go out with the bad.

I have:
Jose Cuerva
Capt Morgans
Jack D
Skyy
Triple Sec

I will be getting:
Bacardi 151

I hear the Kirkland Signature Vodka is actually excellent, its pretty damn cheap too. I'm more of a cognac/scotch kind of guy though. In those cases, Hennessey Privelege or Macallan 12 year are reasonable.

you need to lay off the alcohol, your spelling is atrocious.

and yes, some costcos sell hard liquor. the one in austin had a liquor store separated from the main store with its entrance just off the main entrance area.

:( I only edited the post for spelling not the title. I lose.

Get one of each of the following:

Jameson Irish Whiskey
Jagermeister 750mL
Bacardi 151
Makers Mark
The Glenlivet Single Malt 12 year Scotch
Tanquaray 'Ten' Gin
Patron Silver Tequilla
Calvados
For vodka.. its up to your personal choice, my favorite 'tasting' vodka is Stolichnaya.. but everyone is different

Then, get a jar of green olives of your liking, some cocktail toothpicks, a few good glasses.. that'd prob be close within that price range if not under.

Yeah, supposedly the KS vodka stacks up very very well against Grey Goose and other "high end" vodkas at a much cheaper price. I'm always a fan of Costco brand stuff, every time I buy it it doesn't disappoint.

Dude... never ever ever drink cheap $1 liquer. Me and some friends have learned the hard way its better to drink stuff thats a little more expensive and wake up with a mild hangover than be dry heaving all morning.

A good tequila is Souza. Not too expensive and so much better than Jose Q.

For wiskey I like Makers Mark. Knob Creek is also very good but more expensive.

3 Olives Vodka is a great buy for a decent quality vodka. Also Finlandia is very good.

You might also want some Baileys for coffee drinks.

Bombay Saphire is a great gin, if you like gin. With Collins mix it's a good drink.

Dont forget the Courvoisier, for the ladys man in us all...lol

Wow. The only decent liquors I've seen mentioned here are Makers Mark, Herradura, Cabo Wabo, and Beefeaters gin (and Stoli and Jack are decent).

Sauza (sp) is terrible. As bad as, if not worse than, Jose Cuervo (sp). Both are mixtos. Unless you want to spend $100 on Cuervo Reserva de Familia.

Like many do, you've pretty much just picked the most popular of everything with everything you listed.

In your infinite wisdom, how about actually just giving him suggestions instead of just trashing on everything that people have said.

I hate when people come in to a thread and bitch, but they offer NOTHING.

Personally

Vodka:
Hanger One (Made at an abandon Air Force base hanger in CA - great stuff)
Kettle One
Stoli - for something just a bit cheaper

Tequila
Cabo Rep
Cazadores Rep or Anejo

Captain Morgans on occations

I really only drink tequila or vodka anymore.

These are a must if you want top shelf Margaritas! Among other drinks.

Grand is pretty expensive though. Expect to spend about $30 on only 375ml

Nah, Grand is more expensive than Cointreau, but it is 35$ for 750ml here in expensive Boston!! In places like Rochester, NY, you can get the 1.75 L for 40$!

The 150 yr anniversary one is 280$ though :/
