so there were talk of this cooler awhile back with this fan.

wonder if it's any good, max cfm is about 27 at 23dba.

the cooler got good reviews, but the fan only blows ~11 cfm? wtf?

It's actually 11-27 CFM (7-13.8V) read the spec of the HSF combo. It's the same fan unit - you have to provide your own speed control.
