Its healthier to urinate while sitting down?

It's true. It prevents testicular cancer, because your balls shrivel up and fall off when you start pissing like a woman.

i do when i first wake up or in the middle of the night... i'm half asleep.. ha.

I can't see any reason it'd be healthier to pee sitting down.. but I do hear that squatting is actually a better position for going #2. Easier on your body than sitting, apparently.
