Not feeling too bad today. Got this nasty cold right before the snow started, some kind of throat virus of sorts. Constant itchy throat always have to cough. It seems to hit at random intervals and I go into a coughing spell. Called in sick tomorrow so I can rest, and it saves me from having to shovel today. :p I was off already till tomorrow. Hopefully I'm good enough to go in on Friday.

RED SQUIRREL HAS TEH EBOLA!! :colbert:

Here's the funny thing, I actually had a dream that I got Ebola a couple weeks back. So far I don't have blood coming out of my eyes so I think I'm ok.

Just need to get rid of this damn throat itchiness/need to cough feeling. For a few days the nose and sinuses were plugged up but that went away.

It's odd since I never get sick at this time of year. It's usually spring that gets me.

Holy crap that's colder than even here! We typically don't get the -20's and -30's till December. Record for this day is -30 in 1995. +15c in 1958. lol

It's been fairly warm here, just a bit below freezing. Well, -12 right now. Snow in direct sun light was actually melting today though.

Finally shoveled the other day, we did get a good foot or so of snow. This feels like we just did a time warp to May. Back to having snow on the ground with snow banks and whole wintery stuff. Just like that.

I think this year I'm buying a snow blower. Getting too old for this. :p I had more energy as a kid, I'd shovel my parent's driveway and they have a driveway much better than mine.

Having lived in places with bad weather I appreciate your desire to complain about it but you should do it locally at the water cooler since quite frankly I could give two shits about your shitty weather.

It was colder than Red Squirrel's lonely balls here this morning. I had to turn the furnace on for a few minutes. It was either that or get dressed.

It was 11F when I left the house to go hunting at 4:30 am yesterday. Outside in the cold, with a constant breeze until I gave up at 4:30pm. That sucked for opening day weather.

A couple more cm of snow so far, more to come tonight.

I have a feeling we're getting a normal winter this year. Aka, twice as much snow as the past years.
