It's Tom Lykis on 97.1 FM. He has Flash Fridays where he encourages female drivers to flash their breasts to male drivers during rush hour. It almost makes me wish I had to drive in rush hour on Fridays.

Nah, Tom is pretty widespread. I know that he is #1 in his demo for both Seattle and Portland. He also has a big share of the market in Detroit, Dallas, and a few other cities.
