I'm up in Sterling Hts. and I know what you mean. Just got back in from playing basketball, I couldn't breathe anymore from the humidity.

It's supposed to be around 108 today. We haven't had under 100 in a few weeks now. Can't wait until July/August!!

<< You can't compare hot until you've lived in Florida. It's the worst heat ever. >>

I lived there for 3.5 years and the biggest difference I noticed was the intensity of the sun. The temperature and humidity seemed very similar to what I was used to here in Va but the sun seemed so much stronger. The entire time I lived there I drove an unairconditioned Bug and it was like an oven when I would get in it. If I didn't enjoy fall so much I probably would not have left as I really love Florida and tropical plants.

It's quite hot here. I ran out of the office to go get some pictures of machinery in the plant building farthest out, and by the time I got back in the Gator, I was almost sweating. Pretty bad, considering all I did was jump in the gator, drive out to the building, get some pics with the digicam, and drive back.

And this was at 8:30am
