crappy landlord and a crappy house

we've had leaks, all the doors and frames seem to have warped, the shower about as good as a light drizzle, and the ropey heating is busted AGAIN!

it broke the other week so he called out his "mate" plumber dude. all this guy did was bust and jam open a valve. now the heating works for a while then the boiler loses pressure. now it wont retain any pressure at all.

to our landlord if it kinda works then thats good enough! his first suggestion was that we leave the oven on and keep the oven door open.....WTF?

also the house has no working smoke alarms....which im sure is illegal

cheap bastard...all he has to do is buy a valve for the boiler...thats it!

im paying £65 a week, plu i gotta pay all the heating, internet, phone, gas and electric bills on top. not cheap.
