I'll be staying in center city and no doubt things have changed a lot. Besides the Reading Terminal, what's good these days? I'm not looking to spend a fortune so moderate prices are a plus.

Had dinner a couple of years ago at the Philly Supper Club on Broad St. It was very good. More recently I have eaten at Fogo de Chao on... Market I think. Also very good. There are a number of little restaurants along South that are worth popping into. You just sort of have to wander the street and decide what you like. O'Neils at 3rd and South is a classic South Philly pub that does great burgers, apps, and dinner entrees.

Bistro Romano off of Lombard was a pretty good place. Check the menus nearby as well. Plenty of good places around that area.
