Sure I want one. I just won't have one.
That does nothing for me.Originally posted by: Nitemare

My dad quit smoking 34 years ago and still gets a craving now and then.Originally posted by: 49erinnc
I smoked at least a pack a day for over 10 years and put them down about 7 years ago. Haven't even held one in my hand since. Without a doubt, the most difficult thing I've ever done. I no longer have physical cravings but occasionally I'll still have that social/psychological craving. Not sure that will ever go away after smoking for so long. But I now detest cigarette smoke and hate nothing more than a smoke-filled bar.
Congrats on quitting...best thing you'll ever do for your health. And the need to have one will gradually decrease as the days/weeks/months go by. I regret ever starting in the first place but at least I quit at a relatively young age and have hopefully got my lungs back to normal by now.

Good job man.. From here it is easier!
I just past my 6month mark a couple weeks ago.. Stick with it man, as you know it is worth it
I don't know about snuff, but cigarettes wasn't easy either. I just told myself to fvck it and be a man. Sure I want a cig but I constantly tell myself that I'm stronger than the urges. And that itself MAKES me stronger. I will not cave in to the urges.Originally posted by: shilala
Congrats ThePresence.
I tried to quit chewing snuff, but it's a bitch. I quit drinking over two years ago, that was easy in comparison.
