It's always nice to see your country through the eyes of another.

If she were a boy, she would be one of those boys everyone wants to diddle. Made it 15 seconds before turning off.

She'd probably be cute without the massive plugs in her ears. Or with a bag on her head. Whichever really.

Everything I know about Trinidad...

They eat dubbles(sp?) and coconuts
There's an ocean, and it has turtles
It's hot
They twerk
They use Arch Linux(secondary source)

The video wasn't very informative, and she has an irritating presentation, but I don't know about the diddling boys thing. I suppose that's a cultural difference :^P

I suppose it's theoretically nice to hear what someone thought of your country, but it doesn't work if you dislike the person within seconds of seeing them. The title of the video didn't help either.

Was there any twerking in this video? I only watched the first 30 seconds and got bored.

Slight correction. We wine, not twerk. ;)

BTW if any of you are in or near Portland Oregon you can try doubles here. http://www.yelp.com/biz/trinidad-doubles-portland

Looks good, but it's the other side of the world from me. Here's a recipe...

http://trinigourmet.com/index.php/trinidad-doubles-recipe/

Years ago I stopped in a Trinidadian grocery cause I was working near by. They had a one eyed cat, and lots of interesting things on the shelves. The woman that owned it was friendly, and reminisced about her childhood in Trinidad. The only thing I really remember is her saying they got fresh conch from the beach every day. I should go back and see if I can find the store. I remember the general location, but not exactly where I saw it.
