Its all about the merchandising!!

Now I love Star Wars just as much as the next person, even more than a lot of my friends, but its just getting out of hand with this Star Wars merchandising.

I was at Wal-Mart today and every fvcking thing was branded with the Star Wars logo they even had Star Wars car air fresheners WTF! I was on another site just now and saw a link to this and it really just made me think "this is to much".

Made me think of Spaceballs with the whole scene on the Spallballs merchandising.

I guess thats the part that bugs me somewhat, it really does cheapen the Star Wars name, though the last two movies did that enough on their own.

I think it was on the Star Wars trilogy extras DVD that they had a part on there about when the first one came out they didn't have any products made until well after it came out, it seems like now they're trying to over compensate.
