So I've been kind of achey the past few days, but I thought that it had something to do with weight lifting. Then yesterday after lunch I started feeling a little tingle in my sinuses - the first sign of sickness. At this point, I still wasn't sure if I was getting something, or if my allergies were just acting up. So last night I went to the gym and busted my butt on upper body. By the time my workout was over, there was no longer any question about whether or not I was sick. And the best part? The normal "aches and pains" of illness are now 10x worse because I worked out so hard.
No joke - I get sick every vacation and long weekend. I'm truly cursed.
