Its a "Full" on ATX Case-off...Dig it!

Debating between two cases for my gaming rig (admittedly I'm a sucker for style as much as substance). I think that I am down to two cases:

NZXT Phantom

InWin Dragon Rider

Anyone have experience in either or both of these cases that could give me their feedback? I have heard some great initial feedback on the Phantom on this and other boards. That said, I looked at several of the reviews for the Phantom case and the cooling temps didn't look that great compared to the Dragon Rider.

I know that every case has its plusses and minuses. I am just curious what it is about the Phantom that is creating such a love fest if the cooling doesn't seem that great and it seems to be missing some features that may be more prevalent in years to come (front USB 3.0).

I don't own, or have worked with, either one. But I can say that I won't buy another case that has a door.

With that said, I like the look of the InWin case more, with the exception of the logo. Looks like it includes a backplate fan, too. On the other hand, the big-ass side panel fan I would probably not like so much, especially if it doesn't allow a cooler as tall as, say, the TT120.

Seconded on both the door and the large fan (especially if it's non-standard size/depth).

Yeah, that is the one big issue with the InWin...I am going to go Antec Kuhler H2O because it doesn't allow a heatsink taller than 150mm (basically ALL heatsinks). It does allow you to take off the 220mm side fan and install 6 120mm fans, but after the added cost of buying six fans its pretty much a wash with getting the water cooling option.

Personally just did my new build with a white Phantom, absolutely loved the case (coming from an Antec 900). The looks have grown on me, but I bought it for the space + cable management options (which are excellent). Would have loved a FT-02, but the $114 price tag on my Phantom won out in the end 🙂

I want the computer case that lets me "ride Dragons"! Er whats that ...there's no such thing as dragons? Crap next your gonna tell me that I'm not getting a hover car! If I put neon fuzzy dice on my optical drive it will compensate for my lack of hover cars and dragons.

Seriously, pick the one you like....and yes you do have my permission to spend your money.
