There are a couple of 24 hour McDonalds in this area. The two that I know of only run the drive-through after 1am.

In Times Square, NY there are a couple of 24 hour McDonalds too.

only places where i can get food thats open 24x7 is the grocery store or crappy burger joints. i'm in chicago. the downtown here is DEAD after 11pm so everything closes. the McD closes soon after dark. :\

ummm, there is a krispy kreme in chicago. take i-55 to pulaski. its on pulaski. if you are coming from downtown, turn left wen you get off the highway. it'll come up in less than 5 minutes. its right by the k-mart. that's the one us college guys hit up. as for 24 hour food in chicago...nothing beats Maxwell street on halsted or the maxwell street depot on canal and 31st street on the south side. i just finished eating a polish and fries with grilled onions. if not hit up the many gyros joints all over the city. who would want burgers frm mcdonalds when there is all this high quality food all around you. but if you must, i know there are tons of wendy's and burger kings open late into the night if not 24 hours.
