This is what happens when you are "in charge" of overseeing daylight savings compatibility for a Fortune 500 company :(

At least I wrote an Excel macro that will check everything quickly :)

No, this is more a CYA for my boss... I am confident I did all my work properly. Script is still running and thus far, no issues on 487/1357 servers. Some of them are slow as crap to respond though, so this is kinda painful :(

Checks the offsets for DST and reports them back, as well as checking the server time that it's currently displaying. Unfortunately we have some really f0cked up servers and as a result, the "RPC Server is Unavailable" results in timeouts, which take almost a minute. Fortunately I've gone through this a few times to know to filter them early on... there are still some stragglers out there that I missed which is why it is taking some time.

If you want the script, PM me soon -- i can email it to you. It's just a simple Excel macro. Fill in the first column with server names and click the button. The work will be done automatically.

That's pretty darn cool. I'm curious how you got Excel to go out and do RPC's across an Enterprise. :Q I know next to nothing about Excel and my scripting experience is limited. I'd be curious to check out your script, please. :)

I noticed that as well. This and the search are certainly great benefits of Fusetalk! I visit another forum with it, and everyonce in awhile I'll still see Jrun.

I've noticed it too...its 9:52 here, but I'm sure it'll show as 08:52 AM. When will this be fixed?

EDIT: Yup...was right
