It's 21 degrees outside - when the hell is it gonna warm up?

Nebraska sucks. If I was back in San Antonio TX, I'd be basking in 66 degrees of sunny, springtime weather.

I can't spray paint the new subwoofer box I built.
I can't wash the truck.
Can't
Can't
Can't

And it's not "the cold" or that "it gets cold." I like the change of seasons and it's nice to see a little snow. But ENOUGH already...I've had cabin fever for about two weeks now.

The midwest sucks balls. That is all.

this week we've gotten around a total of 10 inches of snow. i like snow and cooler temps, but i'm ready for it to warm up

Boo, new forecast says its going to be in the mid 30s for lows next week...damn

It's been so nice with mid 40s for lows and 70/80s for highs..

I got here at the very end of April, last year. It was low 40-s in the mornings, warming up to about 60-ish during the days, IIRC. Another month to go.

You just can't spray paint in the house, you know? Well, you COULD do it, technically. That's if you don't mind getting overspray all over everything AND stinking up the place. 🙁

want to come to MI for a while? I can teach you a new term, "Lake Effect Snow."

No thank you! I've read up on that...been told about it too. You guys get snow b/c of those lakes even if it's 90 degrees outside. 😀

move to alabama 🙂 I washed the car yesterday and went for a walk with a t-shirt and sweat pants--and I was too hot.

snow flurries friday night, now it is 67 degrees and still warming up on a beautiful clear sunny day

I think I'll put on some shorts and go wash my truck 😉

😀

Yes, you did. Did I listen, though? Oh nooooooooooooooooo. "It can't be THAT bad!" I said. I should've ran when I had the chance....not even unpacked the Uhaul or my overnight bag....but nooooooooooooooooooo. I didn't listen. 🙁

You can paint indoors.

I can publish a list of low VOC aerosol paints. Overspray is easilty controlled. Use a facemask or (at least) breathe through your nose. You'll be picking buggars out the colour of your paint but the "high" you get if you don't ventilate is worth it. 😛

I've painted indoors before and let's just say it was a mistake. 😱 What I may do is take it out on the patio, spray it quickly and take it inside to dry. It'll still smell a little in here, but there'll be no spray anywhere.

I only need to spray one side...that's the only side anyone will see. 🙂

I'd avoid painting if the temp is below 45F outdoors. Even that is too cold however if your target is warm you should not experience coating anomalies. Just bring it in when done. 🙂

If it was 21, I wouldn't complain.

Stop using farenheit. 😛

I'd actually like to use Celsius, since that's what we use here in Computer Land. But there's no easy conversion. I suck at Teh Math.

We call it centigrade. 😛

Conversion is easy. When it gets really cold (-40) you can use C or F and they be the same! 🙂
