It's 10am & I'm having a porterhouse & some wine for breakfast

My clock has been off lately. I had rice & beans a couple days back, now I got this 1 1/4 inch thick 1/ 1/2lb slab in front of me. Grilled with no marinating time & plenty of A1. The wine is so-so, some Argentinian Cab that was overrated as usual. The mac n cheese is the velveta stuff with real cheese.

Beats a bowl of cheerios. 😀
 
A1, blah. Real steak need no sauce... even if its well done.
of course, that can only apply to expensive steak.... so yeah, I will throw in load of tabasco and ketchup 🙂
