I'm walking 2 blocks to the corner deli. after a block, i start feeling cold and am actually shivering. i stop and stand there in the hot sun for 5 min till i begin to feel warm again.

hm.. the nite b4, i couldnt sleep. i was tossing and turning all nite. i had maybe 2hrs of sleep. could it be related?

What are these symptoms of?

It's like when you have a fever and a temp of 102, but you're cold inside...

I'm sure it's either sleep related or you have something else going on. I'd give it a day or two and then see a doc if it persists.
 
Anxiety.

Finding out you have AIDS, reptilian DNA, and infections in every organ imaginable could do that to a person.
