Iternet Explorer Won't Open to full screen

My internet explorer pages aren't opening up at my full screen resolution. They are opening up in a tiny box. I don't know what caused this but they did open up at the full size before...any idea how to fix this? It is VERY annoying.

This should be in Software. Try maximizing IE and then closing it by clicking Shift+X or Control+X. When I say X I mean the Window's control box Close button (at the top right of the dialog in question). One of these will make IE remember its settings on exit.
