Item I sold is being returned what should I do?

I was paid for the item and the buyer said nothing about tunrning the shipment away..

Seems shady!!!!

but if he did not have a really good reason for returning it... i would tell him that he will have to pay to have it shipped again cause you are not refunding.

then clear out paypal if you used that... or call your credit card company if necessary.

If he wants a refund, charge him a 20% restocking/return charge.

Was this eBay or in a FS/Trade forum?

If eBay then person must pay shipping, eBay fees, and 15% fee.

If FS/Trade forum then just shipping and 15% fee.

Now if it was defect, which is not the case, then you have to refund ALL.

It was FS/Trade forum.
I never got any PM's or IM from the person about the package..The last PM was tracking info that I sent.

I just was checking all the tracking numbers from the past 2 or 3 for sales I did and saw this one was comming back to me and I do not know the reason why..

I have left a PM with the person to find out what happen.

I have gotten no PM's to this nature. Also it would be noted in the tracking info of damaged package if that was the case, I would think Who knows..
