i get the the error

Project1 Runtime Error '48'
File not found: itevio.dll

everytime i boot windows whether it is a shut down start or a restart.
i tried to reinstall smart guardian from the DFI cd but same problem, anyone know how to solve this?
 
once windows finishes loading, when my desktop icons are just about done loading thats the time i get this error.. and no i'm not running xp64
