is there some way to make those people with an itchy "repost" "r" "R" etc. tendency to at least provide a link to the original (or one of the previous threads)?. link or penalize. instant "repost" posts are pretty useless.
 
usually, if they post repost, it is a repost. just do an advance search for your new thread's topic before you post. not just a normal search like most reposters get tricked on, advanced!
