I thought i might have scabies or something from the hospital. But i'm wondering if my participation in my workplace weight loss competition is causing it. I've lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks. I've just been cutting carbs and hopping on the bike after eating...

If it's itching during the workout it may just be jogger's itch. Which, if I remember correctly, is your capillaries adjusting to the increased blood flow.

EDIT: Also ^^^, 10 pounds in 4 weeks is a healthy loss rate. I think the recommended amount is 1-2 lbs per week.

Doesn't sound like enough for stretch marks but those supposedly can be quite itchy at times.

Weight lose with itchy skin? Any purple blotches on the skin?

Sounds like HIV.

Sorry to break the bad news to you.

Yes taking too much cocaine and/or amphetamine causes dramatic weight loss and itchy skin.

I bet you bought new clothes as a result of your weight loss and forgot to take the stick pins out of the shirts! ;)

And FYI, the initial weight loss people get from low carb diets is from water loss.

For realz? I thought it would go the other way around. Pasta is ruined with salt but I put so much rock salt on my steak that it crunches.

Use neutrogena soap and shampoo for a week...

If your trolling then use a sandblaster to remove said skin..
