I baked a loaf of italian herb bread.. I sauteed up garlic,sun dried tomatoes in a little EVOO
to use as a spread.

omg,this is tastes so good and it smells heavenly!

Focaccia?

I always just dip in a roasted garlic olive oil and parmesean cheese.

sounds good. I made an apple/pineapple/chocolate whey protein shake : ), it was oook.

i always dipped my bread in a mixture of balsamic vinegar and raosted garlic olive oil sprinkled with parm. cheese too :)

now that sounds yummy too, though I'm the only balsamic vinegar fan here.

Our meal was wonderful, hubby made whole grain pasta with a sauce that simmered all day in the crockpot and a salad,I made the herb bread and dipping sauce and did the dishes afterwards.

While it sounds super-yummy, you lose points for using Rachel Ray's 'EVOO'.

What's for lunch? :D

Please tell me you don't SAY EVOO.

Olive oil just sounds a lot cleaner, and Extra Virgin is almost all anyone is going to use for flavoring.

Of course, it is easier to type.
