Actually, it's a much better marinade for steak then for fowl.

Try Emeril's rosemary garlic lemon marinade the next time you try bird.

Yes.

It's a fabulous marinade for all steak. What you do is poke a bunch of hole in the steak then laterh on tons of your favorite spices and then marinade it for 2 days.


This way you can't actually taste the steak. Make sure to burn the crap out of it while you're at it.

sheesh. I can't believe anybody would actually marinade a porterhouse.
