IT7 "Enhanced DRAM" - what is it? 1T?

Does anyone know what "enhanced DRAM" is actually doing in the newest bios?
Is there anyway to set the RAM to 1T? I seem to only be able to set 2-5-2-2 etc.
Using the 5/02 bios

The newest bios is 7/02/2002, and you can get it from here.

I'm not sure what it is doing, but I have it enabled and everything seems to be ok (PC3000 @ 2x177MHz DDR354).

I have an abit bg7, which also sports that feature.

Others with BG7s report that it has resulted in 5-15 mb/s increases in sisoft sandra memory bandwidth readings.
If you can run it I guess it is fine, I can't at the clockspeed that I am running at.

Dunno if it is a 1T setting though.
