it4200 problems - please help

TextHere's what I've got:

P4 2.6
512DDR Kingston Value Ram
PNY GF4 TI4200 128MB 8X (From Hot Deals (128 cards in 64mb boxes)
SB Audigy
30gb IBM Deskstar
80gb Western Digital
DVD
CDRW
Winfast PVR

Here's the problem:

Whenever I'm using the internet and scrolling through a webpage, flourescent pixels will show up making it difficult to view the webpage. The same thing occurs when I drag a window around (I've got 2 CRTs). Hasn't always happened, but I can't narrow it down to a specific instance.

I have no way of posting a link of a pic (screenshot), but will gladly email the pic to anyone willing to throw out a helping hand.

Here's what I've tried:

- Different nvidia drivers
- Different operating systems (XP - 2000)
- Different hard drives (just in case the IBM was going bad)
- Checked fan and mem heatsink on video card, everything perfect

Any ideas and input is greatly appreciated.

Interesting artifacts. Something is hosed with your GPU. Is there still a warrenty left on it? If so RMA it, because that's probably going to be your only way to solve it.
