It would appear my company has a 'public dick'

I got a service ticket request from our office in China. Topic title "Need access to public dick" They would like me to tell them the name of the public dick so they can make the drive and have access to the shared directory.

At first I thought it was just a simple spelling mistake, but then I realized they used it 5 times throughout the ticket. It made me chuckle
