You don't like Ebay's rules, don't trade there. God knows I don't. Hopefully this suit gets tossed out for the frivilous POS that it is.

yes, picking on ebays largest weakness just to make a buck....yes, it is their largest fault for alowing it, but it's stupid people who take advantage of the power or a "negative" to try and get their way make it happen

Though the guy sueing ebay is taking this a little far...he has a point about their feedback system. How many of you have sold things on ebay and had some jerk go and bid with no feedback, only to find out after the auction is over that its a little 12 year old who says that if you dont leave him positive feedback or pay him, he will leave you negative feedback? Its been done so many times to so many people and Ebay does nothing...EVEN when they know the user doing this, has had previous complaints against them for the same thing?

Ebays policy needs to be changed...and if this is what it takes to do it...so be it.
