Sold an unused copy of Vista Ultimate for $85
Sold a black friday netbook for $120 profit
Sold my old WoW account for $500

Still have a MS wireless keyb/mouse set and some games, but the above were the big ones.

All on craigslist, no shitty e-bay/paypal fees :awe:

Now I can breathe easy, I'm actually gonna come out in the black this holiday season!

I reckon you live in or nearby a big city? Can't do much with Craigslist around here.

I want to sell a copy of Ultimate Vista too (a freebie from MS) but not sure how to do it without paying fees to eBay/PayPal.

@Svnla - I live in NYC, so I guess it's easier. Try listing your copy in the section of a large city near you. Might work.

@Syrillus - I listed the WoW account on Craigslist and got cash in hand. I was ready to hand over the original CDs/DVDs, but the buyer didn't want them.

Playing WoW and "sitting in front of a computer" isn't bad as long as you don't overdo it. I used to play WoW "hardcore" which was raiding twice a week, 3 hours at a go. I enjoyed it and no shame / stigma associated it :) I even got the nickname "Starbux" because I'd play from the Starbucks off Times Sq. and my guildies could hear all the background noise over Vent.

What games are you still trying to sell and why don't you have them listed on FS/FT?

@CPA - selling far cry 2, LotRO, Company of Heroes, BF 2042, etc. Older games, not really worth the cost of shipping, PP fees, etc. to list on FS/T

@mofoe - not sure, was playing on & off for a long time. I'd play for a month or two whenever a new patch / expansion was released, wrap up the content and then cancel my sub.
