up & fully dressed everyday, including makeup, out of the house everyday, worked, attended a charity event, picked up my own medications, visited cardiologist alone. Went grocery shopping alone, even did a bit of walking, cared for my cats.
Might not seem like much but it’s a lot more normal life than I have enjoyed for awhile. The pleasure of wandering around a supermarket by myself ...yes there was cake!
