It was a good morning for a run

There was a strong headwind for the first half of the run, which dried my eyes out a lot, but after the wind died down the sweat seemed to moisten them nicely.

My time was 50:45, not too shabby, but a little slower than I was shooting for. Two weeks on the beer and pizza diet took its toll, but I'm recovering nicely from that too.

There was a 76 year old that got a 44:20. :Q

I assume the surgery went well? Do you still feel any irritation? I ask because I myself intend to correct my severe myopia with surgery. I am not a candidate for LASIK, only PRK (which is actually the better, though pricier alternative IMO. Actually I'm not a candidate for anything right now until I get my Strabismic Amblyopia fixed. It has gotten real bad as of late.

Anyways, congrats on your run. I should do more of that too.
