It took me 2.5 hours to get into work today

While Northern VA is usually horrific with traffic, today was the worst. Apparently there was a huge accident on pretty much the only road that goes from my home to work.

I feel bad that they were killed but "accidents" are often caused by idiots. I can't stand when I get stuck in traffic because of someone's negligence.

yes, however ice is difficult to deal with no matter how experienced you are...and driving over a bridge just increased the odds of something like this happening.

it was above freezing this morning wasn't it ? I'm not too far away and it was 50F at 7am.
