You don't think you can take a 90 min flight in NZ? Wow.

guyver01 wasn't saying that you can't take a 90 min flight in NZ. He was saying that NZ isn't very big, so flights aren't going to be very long in general. This was in response to MercenaryYoureFired, who said GTFO because a 90 minute flight is really fucking short.

90mins is short, but not exactly unheard of.

How come you didn't say anything to the parents, or do you only give parenting advice on the internet?

get used to it. "it takes a village" is the liberal mantra. And it's your turn to change the diapers.

If your kid cannot behave themselves in public they have no place being an a flight.

The shortness of the flight makes your complaints less valid.

If you were stuck with a bunch of kids on a 6 hour flight, then I'd be more sympathetic.

I wasn't looking for sympathy - my point was the children shouldn't be allowed on any flight ever. 90 mins sucks, so how much would it suck on a 6 hour flight, right?

Where do you suggest we draw the age limit?

Some of the most annoying kids are 8-12, but restricting the travel of kids that old is obviously detrimental on some levels.

WAHHHHHHHHHH.

I can't handle any adversity in life. I can't handle little things in like like a kid. WAAAAAAAHHHHHH.

Quit your bitchin. I bet you whine more than those kids.....

<--------- A parent that removes his child from restaurants when his son gets cranky. But shit, you people are a bunch of babies....

lol @ the armchair parents in this thread.

"If you can't control your kid then you are a terrible parent!"

lol

Forgive us if our mind control capabilities fail and momentarily inconvenience you. I'm sure as a kid you were perfectly behaved.

As much as I agree on the sentiment, 90 mins is nothing on say 10 hours or over, with surround sound screaming.

Don't all AT'ers fly business class anyway ?

Once we were out for dinner and this table next to us had kids throwing food, screaming just to hear the sound of their own voice, and running around the table.

I called the waiter over and asked him very loudly if he had children and if he would be embarrassed to be that mother.

When he answered yes I got a horrible look from that table that quickly asked for their check.

Annoying kids are as annoying as the dicks who think the plane is their personal bed and if they are trying to sleep then everyone around them has to whisper and be quiet.

Personally, there are way more fat fuckers who take up more than their share of space.

Sorry but just because you decide to be a lazy fat POS, doesn't mean I should have to suffer :p. Giving me a crying kid over a fat fucker next to me anytime.......

This morning I had a 90 minute flight home, and it was the worst flight in history. Me and my GF were stuck in the middle of three parents and their misbehaving, noisy little shithead children. During the whole 90 minutes I got no peace - little wankers running up and down the aisles and being generally loud and obnoxious, and carefree asshat parents who should die.

Luckily I had my MP3 player, but that didn't keep the little bastards out of the periphery of my vision, and even my decent noise blocking headphones couldn't block the shrill cry of an upset infant.

Parents who have the discourtesy to bring little asshole children onto planes should be jailed or summarily executed. Thoughts?

I'm so sorry to hear that. Couldn't have happened to a nicer person...

I'll bet flights suck for infants considering they can't pop our ears like we can. As for 5 year olds running all around the plane? First, where are the parents. Second, what airline did you fly? Let me know so I can be sure to avoid them in the future. Flight attendants should have taken care of that for you.

Well the infant thing is easy to fix. Mother can just breastfeed. But I am sure there are a bunch of pansies that would go apeshit over that too.

My son is just lucky(unlucky) because he won't have to worry about his ears popping. He has tubes in his ears so in July, no worries on that front.
